Healthy Vegetable Smoothie Recipe

Directions:

In doing this vegetable smoothie, you’ll just have to chop all the vegetables into small pieces so that you can easily blend it. Place all the ingredients to be blended together with the unsweetened almond. If you prefer to put ice, make sure to use crushed ice so that it will be blended easily.

2. Spinach smoothie


If you love the combination of sweetness and spiciness in one refreshment, this nutritious drink is perfect for your taste buds. You’ll have a creamy final product without the need to put any cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 2 cups of coconut water
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapeno 
  • 1 small handful cilantro
  • 3 sprigs mint
  • ½ cup juiced lime

Directions:

If you want to have a thicker or colder texture, place the cucumber and coconut water in the fridge before blending. Add all the ingredients in a blender. Since you don’t have bigger chunks ingredients, you may put the settings in low to blend all the ingredients properly.

3. Spiced kabocha smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 large carrots
  • 1-inch fresh ginger
  • ½ peeled and roasted kabocha squash
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

You may need to blend carrots and ginger first. Add other ingredients such as coconut water, kabocha squash cashews, and cinnamon. Change the settings of the blender into the high speed and blend until smooth. You may include the maple syrup into the blend or you may top it in the final product.

4. Spicy tomato gazpacho grab smoothie

Directions:
