How to make:

  • 2 cups of frozen mango pieces
  • 3/4 cup of low-fat milk

  • 2 teaspoons honey

How to make:

  • 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed or wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice (Agave is the best)! 

How to make:

First, add milk to the mixer. Then, add the berries, yogurt, and milk. Add flaxseed/wheat germ, oats, brewer’s yeast, and sweetener and mix again until it becomes smooth. Remember, this will take a while to soft because of oats.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of baby kale or baby spinach
  • 1 cup of frozen green grapes
  • 3/4 cup cucumber chunks
  • 1/2 ripe of avocado, cut into pieces
  • 1 1/4 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of skinned and grated ginger
  • Agave nectar

How to make:

Add all ingredients to the mixer, which starts with coconut milk. Cover and mix it thoroughly until it becomes smooth for about 30 seconds. Try a little to taste the sweetness and you can add more if needed.
